1. Who we are

FacilityJobs helps connect facility and community-support workers with apartment associations, gated communities, and other organisations that need people for available work. Matching is based on the information you share with us and on the requirements of the organisation looking for help.

2. Who this policy covers

• Workers / job seekers — people who message FacilityJobs, create or update a profile, or ask to be considered for work.
• Organisations looking for workers — apartment associations, facility managers, vendors, and similar parties who request people for a role or shift.
• Reviewers — residents, committee members, supervisors, or others who share feedback about work done through a FacilityJobs introduction.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you use FacilityJobs, we may collect:

Worker profile

• Name — the name you give us, and any name shown on WhatsApp.
• Photo — profile or identity photos you send, including WhatsApp images. Photos may be shown to organisations considering you for available work.
• Experience — past roles, years of work, sites you have worked at, and similar background you share.
• Skills — trades, duties, certifications, or capabilities you tell us about (for example housekeeping, security, plumbing, electrical, gardening, or front-office support).
• Location — city, area, pin code, neighbourhood, or location pin you share so we can match nearby work. We do not need your precise live GPS unless you choose to send a location pin.
• Language — languages you speak or prefer for coordination.
• Reviews — ratings, comments, and work-quality notes from organisations or residents after an introduction or assignment.

Availability and contact

• Availability — days, shifts, notice period, and whether you are free to take work. We use this to decide whether to share a job with you. Being listed as available does not mean a job will be offered.
• Phone / WhatsApp number — required to message you and to identify your conversation.
• Messages and media — texts, voice notes, documents, and photos you send on WhatsApp or other FacilityJobs channels.

Other information we may receive

• Job requirements from organisations (role, site, timing, skills needed, location of work).
• Technical logs needed to operate WhatsApp and our servers (message IDs, timestamps, delivery status).
• Information you include in conversation that is reasonably needed to match or coordinate work.

Please do not send sensitive information we do not need (for example bank PINs, Aadhaar copies, or passwords) unless we clearly ask for a specific document for a lawful purpose and you choose to provide it.

4. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Create and maintain your FacilityJobs profile.
• Understand your skills, experience, languages, location, and availability.
• Share suitable job opportunities with you based on availability and a reasonable match to the role (skills, location, language, experience, and reviews).
• Introduce you to an organisation when there is a possible fit — which may include sharing your name, photo, experience, skills, location (area-level), language, reviews, and contact number.
• Collect and display reviews so organisations and workers can make a more informed decision.
• Reply on WhatsApp, remind you about openings, and coordinate introductions.
• Improve matching quality, prevent misuse, and keep records of who was introduced to whom.
• Comply with law and handle disputes, safety concerns, or complaints.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your profile to build advertising audiences for unrelated products.

5. Jobs, availability, and no-guarantee notice

FacilityJobs is a matching and introduction service. When we believe you are available and reasonably suited to a role, we may share that job with you and may share your profile with the organisation.

• We do not guarantee any job. An organisation may not respond, may choose someone else, or may cancel the requirement.
• Availability only means we may consider you for matching. It is not a promise of work, hours, or pay.
• We do not guarantee interviews, selection, wages, overtime, continuity of work, or working conditions. Those are between you and the organisation (or their contractor), unless a separate written agreement with us says otherwise.
• Reviews and skills information help matching; they are not a certification of your licence, visa, or legal right to work. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us.
• We may stop sharing jobs with you if you are unavailable, if information appears inaccurate, or if we receive serious complaints.

6. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Organisations seeking workers — name, photo, experience, skills, location (typically area, not a home address unless you provide it), language, reviews, availability, and WhatsApp / phone number, so they can consider you for available work.
• Workers — limited job details (role, area, timing, skills asked for) when we share an opportunity based on availability. We do not share another worker’s full profile with you unless needed for coordination you have agreed to.
• Association360 / FacilityJobs staff who operate matching and support.
• Service providers that host data, send messages, or run the product (for example cloud hosting, databases, file storage, and WhatsApp / Meta). They process data for FacilityJobs purposes.
• Authorities when required by applicable law, or to protect safety and legal rights.

Reviews you or others submit may be shown to future organisations (and, where relevant, summarised to you) as part of your profile.

7. WhatsApp and Meta

FacilityJobs uses WhatsApp as a primary channel. When you message +91 81235 35050, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited / WhatsApp processes the message under their terms and privacy policy so the chat can be delivered. We receive inbound messages, media, and your WhatsApp number through the WhatsApp Business Platform and use them as described in this notice.

WhatsApp delivery, read receipts, and spam rules are controlled by Meta / WhatsApp, not by FacilityJobs. You can stop FacilityJobs messages by asking us to delete your profile or by blocking the business number in WhatsApp.

8. Retention

• Active profiles — kept while you want to be considered for work, and for a reasonable period after your last conversation so we can resume matching if you return.
• Reviews and introduction history — kept as needed to operate matching, handle complaints, and show a fair work history. We may retain a limited record even after a profile is closed if required for disputes or legal compliance.
• WhatsApp media — photos and documents you send may be stored so staff and organisations can review your profile. You may ask us to remove a photo from active matching.

You may ask us to correct or delete your profile. Deletion means we will stop using your data for new job sharing. Some records may remain where the law or an ongoing complaint requires it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (including HTTPS and restricted staff access) to protect profiles and messages. WhatsApp and the public internet are not perfectly private. Do not send secrets you would not want a coordinator or a potential employer to see.

10. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies), you may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate name, experience, skills, location, language, or other profile details.
• Withdraw consent to matching and job sharing (we will stop sharing new jobs with you).
• Ask for deletion of your profile, subject to legal retention needs.
• Raise a grievance using the contact details below.

Organisations that received your profile for a live requirement may already have a copy. We will stop further sharing from our side when you withdraw consent.

11. Age limit

FacilityJobs is for adults. You must be 18 years or older to create a worker profile or to be considered for work. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child’s information was sent by mistake, contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be mentioned on WhatsApp or on this page. Continued use of FacilityJobs after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
